Shipping Policy


Thank you for shopping with Gardenia! We aim to provide you with the best service possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle orders and deliveries. 

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared and shipped out as soon as possible. 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Shipping times are typically between 1-4 business days.


Order Tracking

Once an order is shipped, the tracking information is provided, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

 

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the continental United States.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. All address changes for processed orders must be submitted within 24-48 hours.

 

Lost or Damaged Items

We promise that every plant will arrive in good condition, rain or shine. Before sending out any plants, we make sure they are in good condition and carefully pack them. Damages can happen, though, if the shipping company handles the package too roughly. When this happens, share a picture with us and we will work with you to make it right.
Courier delays and lost in transit issues are not covered.

Refunds or replacement

For Orders with All Items Damaged: If every item in the order is damaged, we will issue a full credit/refund, covering all costs, including shipping, labor, and packaging.
For Multiple-Item Orders with Partial Issues: If only one item is damaged in a multiple-item order, we will refund the cost of the damaged item only. Shipping, labor, and packaging costs will not be refunded in such cases.
For Single-Item Orders: If the order consists of a single item and it is damaged, we will provide a full credit/refund, including shipping, labor, and packaging costs.

A portion of our monthly income goes towards kelp restoration in British Columbia helping to restore critical marine ecosystems and helps to increase biodiversity and mitigate the effects of climate change. Managed by Ocean Wise in collaboration with local indigenous communities and restores habitats for native species.
